Fall is made for dinner parties. And osso buco is destined for easy, impressive entertaining. 🍂🍷

This beautiful cut is best prepared slow cooked. Rich, tender, and full of flavor, with plenty of time to let the oven do the work. Prepare it ahead, let the flavors deepen, and simply reheat when your guests arrive. 👌🏼

It’s a true crowd-pleaser, and when it hits the table, it has that “wow factor” that makes a dinner party feel special.

Summer may be behind us, but we’re not putting the BBQ away just yet. 🍂🔥

This one is worth the watch — so stay awhile.

We’re taking you behind the counter to talk about the different kebabs we make, our famous speducci, and the process that goes into getting them just right. From the cut of lamb to the preparation, every detail matters when it comes to creating a truly great kebab.

And while the days are getting cooler, there’s still plenty of BBQ season left to enjoy. Because some of our favourite meals happen over the grill — even in fall. 👌🏼
