🍓 Strawberry Rhubarb Cream Cheese 🍓

One of our favourite summer flavour combinations is the sweet taste of strawberries paired with the tangy goodness of rhubarb!

Try making your own at home:

Ingredients

*8 oz cream cheese, softened
*1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
*1/2 cup rhubarb, finely chopped
*2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
*1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

-Simmer the strawberries, rhubarb, and sugar -for 10-15 minutes until soft.
-Allow the mixture to cool completely.
-Fold into softened cream cheese.
-Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
-Spread generously on your favourite bagel and enjoy!

Fresh fruit and cream cheese are a match made in heaven. 🍓🥯
