Busy day today.... Lockeport Town Market Roasters is at The “BiG BeacH MarKeT” LOCKePORT N.S. today.

In the Kitchen we're working on CHICKEN FRIED RICE and SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN BALLS. Nothing beats fresh!!

We're trying out a new STOREMADE SAUSAGE flavour today GARLIC CHIVE. We'll put some fresh packages out and the rest will find their home in the 'SAUSAGE FREEZER'

Rod's got something new, STUFFED PORK LOINS, stuffed with our own Store made Sausage meat. Great on the BBQ or oven.

FRESH PORK CHOPS also going out along with topping up with a fresh batch of POTATO SALAD

Rod's got a new cheesecake recipe today, BASQUE CHEESCAKE. It's little different than New York style. No graham cracker crumb crust and intentional caramelizing of the outside of the cake to add depth of flavour and texture. This little beauty is CHOCOLATE and should be going out into the coolers around 1:30 to 2 pm

Another Monday, another start at a new week. But, Shannon was busy in the kitchen the other day and we've got SHEPHERD PIES in the cooler now and a few MINI PIES that survived from yesterday (They don't last long!)

Our BLUEBERRY SCONES have proved popular, so we're testing out APPLE CINNAMON & CHOCOLATE CHIP SCONES this week. You'll find them at our coffee bar.
