Erie Meats Retail Store Value and Selection. We offer incredible value on a great selection of food items. Here are a few reasons:
1. Our packaging. We keep it simple. Our facility.

People often ask us why our prices are so much lower than other Grocery Retailers. Many of our products are in plain white boxes, or clear plastic bags with labels.

2. We don't spend alot of money on expensive displays or merchandising. We focus on the product.

3. Distribution. This is the big one. We make almost ALL of the products that we carry in the store. Most products only travel a few f

eet from the warehouse to the store. Distribution, Logistics, Warehousing, and Shipping can cost other Retailers a LOT of money. Each time a product is moved (by hand or by truck) the price goes up. Sometimes there are multiple companies between production and your cart. Every business along the way, adds a few percent to the final price.

4. Our Philosophy. We believe that food shouldn't be a financial burden. We recognize that not everyone has an unlimited grocery budget. Our GOAL is to offer you VALUE every time you visit the Erie Meats Retail Store. We keep our margins low...enough to cover staffing, the facility, and save a little for future growth.
