Watch us in action as we are making our world gold medal award winning Celtic Blue Reserve here in our plant in Lancaster. Our cheesemaker Billy is busy giving the cheeses their second flip after the curd was ladled in from the vat. Did you know that we use Brown Swiss cow milk sourced from one local dairy farm for this delectable cheese? Well now you know 😁
