🚨SOURDOUGH ANNOUNCEMENT🚨

Well… I got hit by the sick bus yesterday morning. 🤒🚌

Unfortunately, I’m not healthy enough to be in the kitchen today preparing for tomorrow’s bake day. My body is exhausted, and I think it’s finally time I listen to it.

I’ve decided to take a sourdough break for October and November. 🍞❤️

Between the store, everything else going on, and keeping up with bread week after week, I’ve simply been running myself into the ground. I’ve tried to push through it, but sometimes you just have to admit when you need to slow down and take care of yourself.

So I’m giving myself a couple months to rest, recharge and reset.

The plan is to be back in the kitchen in December, hopefully feeling refreshed and ready to get those hands back in the dough! 😂🍞

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my sourdough, ordered loaves, and cheered me on along the way. I truly appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

For now, the starter gets a vacation too. 😂
