The Baker’s Project is a bakery in London Ontario that holds a passion for baking with whole-grain flowers, regional ingredients, and seasonal flavour.
Vanessa’s menu features, small batch, baking, handcrafted from scratch, recipes, thoughtfully, sourcing ingredients for flavour, quality, and seasonality. Striving to grow meaningful relationships with local partners, she supports like-minded, artisans, growers, and businesses. Like so many at a farmers market, Vanessa enjoys connecting with her customers and sharing information about each product she have crafted.
Vanessa’s products had such high reviews during the KCM Food Hub in the winter, that we had to bring her on this summer so you could see what the hype is about! We are glad to have you with us, Vanessa!
