She’s one of present-day co-owners of Deli la trattoria (also known as La Tratt), the Italian deli-grocery-pizza operation that's been running out of a strip mall in Kirkland since 2004.

Her father Mario opened it with Enrico Parziale at a time when the area didn't have much in the way of independent food businesses worth talking about.
"There really wasn't anything there," she says. So they built something.

TEMPS PLEIN! Nous cherchons pas d’étudiants pour ce poste.
Nous recherchons une personne enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe pour les postes suivants (à temps plein seulement disponible):
- Responsable pour notre service de traiteur
- Faire des plateaux de différent types (sandwich, pizza, charcuterie, salades etc)
- Serveur/euse du comptoir charcuterie

L'expérience est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire si vous êtes motivé(e) pour apprendre ! Nous vous formerons au métier de traiteur et vous accompagnerons tout au long du processus.

FULL TIME only! This position is not available to students.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team for the following positions:
- Catering Master
- Prepare platters for catering orders (sandwich platters, pizza, charcuterie, salads, etc)
- Deli Counter clerk
Experience preferred but not required as long as you’re open to learning! We will train for the catering job and show you the way!
