Wow 🤯 I had an incredible few days in Invermere at the food and artisan market 💜  it was such a blast giving samples & hearing about everyone’s Thanksgiving plans. 
We don’t have any Thanksgiving plans this year, but I definitely plan on being thankful💜
I genuinely, honestly & truly love what I do 🎉
I am soo thankful.🫶

Working on a batch of roasted veggie corn salsa. I make this part of the recipe at home because the veggies need to roast for 6 - 7 hours.😎  tomorrow night, I’ll take the roasted veggie base to the Bean Tree and put it all together. 🌽 🌽 🌽
