AFP is seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to join its senior leadership team and help guide the continued growth of our construction and infrastructure projects across Nunavut.
The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership experience, expertise in budgeting, financial planning, project costing, and a solid understanding of the construction industry.
✅ 7–10 years of progressive financial management experience.
✅ CPA designation strongly preferred.
✅ Construction or project-based financial experience.
✅ Strong leadership and financial management skills.
✅ Northern experience considered an asset.

As Arctic Fresh Projects continues to grow and deliver construction and infrastructure projects across Nunavut, we are looking for a strong financial leader who can help guide our financial operations, strengthen accountability, and support our long-term success.
💡 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a hands-on financial professional with:
✅ 7–10 years of progressive financial management experience, including senior leadership experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
✅ Experience in construction, infrastructure, contracting, or project-based financial management.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Experience overseeing financial reporting, project costing, internal controls, and financial compliance.
✅ A CPA designation is strongly preferred.
✅ Experience working in Nunavut or Northern Canada is considered an asset.
