- Some of your favourite Cut & Co steaks (we used our Tenderloin, Top Sirloin Cap, and Top Sirloin Steak)
- Lots and lots of cheese and crackers
- Roasted and salted fingerling potatoes
- and to top it all of, Salsa Verde!
