Whats new in store:

- Roasted beef bone broth: slowly roasted with onions, carrot, local garden tomatos, and celery followed up with a 2.5 hour pressure cook with peppercorn, bay leaf and garlic. This is a RICH, a gelatinous broth that can definitely be diluted.
- New Vendor! Elephant in the Room Candle Co. has stocked us up with melts and candles! The dessert themed candles look absolutely incredible.
- Pizza restock later today with new flavors!

Whats new in store: sorry for the late post but its been super busy!

- Cheese curds (dill, white cheddar, garden herb, chilli cheddar, peppercorn, garlic n tomato), and butter from Ribstone Colony!
- The last of the Bahn Mi sandwhich, made a fresh batch this morning
- Small bags of tomatos straight from the garden
- For a limited time and very limited quantity: Japanese Milk Bread - a light, feathery loaf similae to a Brioche. Made full loafs and half loafs (as per request)
- Restock of Ribstone cream, whole milk and full cream chocolate milk!

Whats new in store today:

- Big restock on pork chops and bacon from ZS Farms
- Fresh herbs: mint, cilantro, rosemary, thyme, oregano
- We have some pork leaf lard in for any bakers wanting to make their own lard for baking, or render it for skin care
- I've attached a list of all the different meat cuts we currently have in stock; we've re-organized the freezers and coolers a bit to make finding the cuts easier
- New roll this week: spiced sausage stuffing rolls with a light cranberry glaze on top

- Lots of buns baked fresh in store!
- Garden fresh rainbow carrots, perfect size for roasting whole or pickling!
- Bags of tomatoe; both cherry tomatoes large variety, perfect for sauces!
- Sandwhich this week is a Pork Bahn Mi: a Vietnamese and French fusion sandwhich made with an in house baguette, marinated sticky sweet side pork from ZS Farms, pickled raddish and carrot, cucumbers, hoisin sauce and a sprig of cilantro.
- Carm's Cakes has stocked the fridge with cupcakes, brownies, and more! INCLUDING GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!
- Restock of Creations by Kim's candles, car fresheners and wax melts
- Restock of Kylar Krafts birdhouse and greeting cards
- Restock and new items by RedCloud Studios of Bandana bags, dog poo bag carriers, and lip chap holders
- New items from Betty Bitzer: various crochet goods to warm you up from the approaching cold weather

German marble rye bread made with fresh milled rye berries.
Fresh milled flour results in a denser, but moister crumb. We did zero sifting of the milled rye, so all the bran, germ and endosperm remains which means lots of dietary fibre and minerals.

Went a little overboard with these cheeseburger rolls....they are HUGE.Working on family size shepherds pie today!
