The sun is starting to set on farmers' market season 🌅

We have just a couple weeks left before our vendors fly south for the winter, so now is your chance to stock up on market goodies and prepare for hibernation 🐻

This fall we've been joined by a number of new vendors bringing handmade soaps and personal care products, crafts, local art, jewellery, and delicious bakery treats. Don't miss out!

We're open from 4-7pm every Wednesday at the Prospect Road Community Centre in Hatchet Lake.

Did you know our market is still accepting Nova Scotia Loyal vouchers?

Most student vouchers were distributed last Spring but vouchers for new comers and post-secondary students are still going out.

Check your backpacks and keep your eyes peeled for some sweet market savings!

Attention university and college students! Each student at a publicly funded post-secondary institution can receive a $10 Nova Scotia Loyal Voucher to use at participating markets to discover new local products this season. Institutions where vouchers are available for students:
Atlantic School of Theology
Cape Breton University
Acadia University
Dalhousie University
Mount Saint Vincent University
NSCAD University
Saint Francis Xavier University
University of Kings University
Université Sainte-Anne
Saint Mary’s University
& NSCC
Students can retrieve their vouchers by contacting their school administrators for more information.
