We find great joy in supporting young local youth striving to raise quality livestock.
We have taken the guess work out of Lamb and purchased and processed Lamb raised by Local Boundary Country 4H
Memebers from the annual Winter Fair Auction in Barrier BC.
4-H provides youth with the guidance, resources and opportunities to be responsible, caring and contributing leaders who effect positive change in the world around them

Each box will give you a variety of cuts from the whole carcass. Saving you the hassle of buying a whole carcass, while getting some benefits of buying in volume.
