**A filet with a backbone.**

Most filets are polite. Trimmed down, boneless, well behaved.

Ours isn't.

We leave the bone in and cut it a full 1.5 inches thick. You still get that filet tenderness, but now it has flavour, presence, and something to stand up to the grill. That's why we call it the King.

And we'll season it for you right at the counter, exactly how you like it. That's kind of our thing.

At the other end of the table this week: our Mummy Meatloaf. Bacon-wrapped, oven-ready, and staring back at you with pickle eyes. Halloween dinner, sorted, no carving required.
