✨ Stepping Outside My Comfort Zone & Connecting With My Local Small Business Community! ☕🤍
Today, I did something for the first time that pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and I’m so glad I did! I attended my very first Coffee & Connect with other amazing local small business owners, and while I was definitely nervous walking in, I left feeling so grateful, inspired, and excited about the connections I made. 🫶
Putting yourself out there isn’t always easy, especially when you’re growing a business and trying to navigate all the things that come with it. Walking into a room full of new faces can feel intimidating, but today was a great reminder that sometimes the best opportunities come from taking that first step, even when it feels a little scary.
One of the things I appreciated most was being able to sit down with other local business owners, share experiences, exchange ideas, and have honest conversations about what it really looks like to grow a business.
We talked about different strategies, what has worked well for some businesses, what hasn’t worked for others, and how there truly isn’t one single formula for success. Every business is different, every journey looks a little different, and there is so much we can learn from one another along the way.
I walked away with so much valuable information, new perspectives, ideas to think about, and a renewed appreciation for the importance of building connections within our local business community. It was a reminder that we don’t have to figure everything out on our own. There is so much value in learning from people who are on their own journeys, celebrating each other’s wins, sharing the lessons that come with challenges, and supporting one another as we continue to grow.
I’m genuinely thankful I took the leap and showed up today. Not only did I learn so much, but I also reminded myself that growth often starts with doing something that feels uncomfortable. Sometimes, you just have to say yes, show up, be open to learning, and trust that something good can come from it. 🤍
