Recently, the NEWMANS team headed to Kamloops to compete alongside butchers from across British Columbia, putting years of experience, technique, creativity, and product knowledge to the test. From knife work to preparation and presentation, every detail matters when you're competing against the best.

Back to where it all began! When Seafair Gourmet Meats first opened 45 years ago, meat arrived by rail, orders were weighed by hand, and the shop looked a little different than it does today. Some of those pieces of history are still here, serving as a reminder of the good ol' fashioned method that got us here.

From Richmond to Tsawwassen, it's all part of the same family tradition: quality meats, knowledgeable service, and proper butchery. We the Newmans have got you covered with the same premium products you know and love, whichever side of the river you're on!
