Flexy’s is officially closed up here in Cranbrook!

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all of my customers for supporting my small business. It means more than you know, especially as a young guy working hard to build something for himself.

This season was full of long days, early mornings and late nights hauling fruit + endless challenges of being a small business. But seeing so many of you stop by each week makes it worthwhile. I’ll miss seeing everyone all winter.

A question I get asked a lot is: “What do you do in the off-season?”

The truth is, the work doesn’t just stop when the fruit does. There’s a lot of closing and prep work that goes into wrapping up the season and getting ready for the next one. The work varies year to year, but I always use this time to reinvest back into the business. On top of that, I also keep busy with a few different side hustles to be able to continue growing my business.

Until next year - thanks again to Top Crop Garden, Farm & Pet for having me back this year, to my family for all of their help, my student worker this season, and of course, all of my customers.

Flexy’s End of Season Sale has started! 💰

Friday the 26th will be my last day here in Cranbrook for the season. ⏳

I will be offering a great deal on my last few cases as well as a discount for all non-case sale purchases.

The general discount for all non-case items will be:

Thursday: 25% off (Today)
Friday: 35% what is left! 🏷️

The few case sales I have left are:

1x 20lb Granny Smith apples $24 each 🍏
1x 20lb Anjou Pears $24 each 🍐
1x 20lb Galas $28 each or:🍎
1x 15lb Red Fingerling potatoes $24 🍠

First come first serve. Only willing to hold cases for up to an hour if you are heading straight to pick up.

I am feeling so grateful after celebrating 25 years in business at Flexy’s Fruit Stand this past Saturday.

It was such a heartwarming day filled with amazing customers, stories, and smiles.

We heard from longtime shoppers who have been with us for all 25 years, 15 years, new customers and everywhere in between—your loyalty and support mean the world. You’re not just customers your good friends!

It was wonderful to share cake and to see so many entries in our raffle draw for a free fruit & veggie box.

Hearing all your kind words reminded me how lucky I am to be part of such a supportive Nelson community. 💚
