We can’t wait to watch Travis, Geoff, Benny and 15 other talented butchers battle it out tomorrow at Thompson Rivers University! 🙌🏆

After 3 challenges, some questionable but admirable confidence, and enough meat-related tension to fuel an actual reality TV series 😂… we officially have a winner of THE GUNTER GAMES!! 🥩🏅

A huge thanks to everyone who followed along this week and supported Travis and Geoff ahead of BC’s Best Butcher TOMORROW on May 23rd at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops🔥

Today’s challenge is all about presentation, creativity, and who can make raw meat look visually appealing enough to emotionally affect and the judges 🫣

This challenge represents the FINAL round of BC’s Best Butcher — where only the top 3 competitors move on to showcase their value-added products and presentation skills.👌

Because it’s not enough to cut well anymore, now it has to stand out and ✨sell✨

BC’s Best Butcher takes place May 23rd at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, but tomorrow… we crown the winner of The Gunter Games. 🔪🥩🏆

It’s Day 3 of THE GUNTER GAMES!!🥩🏅

The butchery challenge is all about showcasing technical skill — clean cuts, precision, utilization, and proving who can actually handle pressure at the table.😰

We think has learned quite a bit about the meat industry this episode, what do you guys think?😂

This challenge mirrors the 45 minute preliminary round of the BC’s Best Butcher competition, except Travis and Geoff only have 15 minutes to break down and display their work for Charlie to judge.

No pressure(😬). Just sharpened knives, time limits, and a minor dose of public scrutiny.

Episode 4 drops tomorrow… and let’s just say presentation suddenly becomes VERY important.🥩🍽️

This round is all about BC’s Best Butcher knowledge — judging criteria, competition rules, technical scoring, and seeing which butcher actually pays attention (🧐) - because on May 23rd the judges DEFINITELY will.
