The Bombers Butcher Co. With more than 20 years culinary experience, Red Seal Chef Jason has launched The Bombers Butcher Company! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Bombers is a small independent butcher shop located in Corner Brook Newfoundland. Chef Jason Whittle has travelled Canada wide working and curating his skills. In the west he's spent winter's at heli-ski lodges, in central Canada in the Niagara wine region and all the way north where he's spent arctic summers planning fjord framed beachside cook-outs for adventurous eco-tourists. Jason finally landed back in his home province some years ago and settled into culinary life in western Newfoundland. Following his interest and passion for high quality meats and cured creations, The Bombers Butcher Company has been born. While the name may be new, its offerings have been more than two decades in the making! Bombers not only provides great options for your next meal or event, Jason welcomes the opportunity to chat and exchange ideas to make your next meal !

Afternoon folks. BOMBERS is open at FEED market cafe until 5 pm today. Lots of great products here for easy meals.

The shepherds pie just needs to be reheated and the potatoes gently browned. Meal on its own or with a nice salad with greens from Deep Roots Farm & Market.

The pickled veg (giardiniera) and feta sausage bombs or the bacon and cheddar sausage rolls are easy favourites. Served with some boiled buttered corn and leeks would be Devine.

Have some of the The Batter Bowl lemon blueberry loaf or Ferment and Flour Sourdough maple caramel salted banana bread for dessert to complete your mid week pick up.

Then take some smoked andouille snackin sticks for a walk. Dinner is easy sometimes. Let’s get Bombers!

Good day everybody! The Bombers Butcher Co. Is open 10-5 Wednesday October 14. Located inside FEED market cafe at 8 Mount Bernard Ave in Corner Brook.

We’ve got a couple bombers sausage for you we haven’t done in a while. We have the beef taco sausage, house made taco spice with pickled jalapeño, fresh peppers, green onions, cilantro, cheddar and Monterrey jack cheese.

And then we have the chicken dinner sausage. That’s a chicken sausage with a savoury bread dressing and GRAVY in the sausage! Some veg ground through. This is wonderful.
