egenerative agriculture which consists of biodiversity, enriches the soil in which enhances our ecosystem. Our livestock rotation consists of a truly pasture raised chicken, 100% grass only beef and heritage/forested pork. We continuously move our livestock, so we are not over grazing parts of our land. When the meat you eat live in an environment in which nature intended this creates a more nutrient dense meat and in turn you are improving your health. Eating food that is as close as possible to the way nature made it can make a huge difference in the way you think, look and feel.

This flock turned out exceptionally well. Beautiful colour, excellent finish, and some of the nicest birds we’ve raised. Most importantly, the flavour is outstanding.
