Hey friends!

So... Slight changes to the planned events this weekend.

Sadly, we had lower than expected interest and have decided to cancel the Saturday seating of our tea party.

We will however continue to hold the Friday 7pm seating and still have a few spots available for that day.

We won't let this keep us down, and will reschedule the Saturday event for later in the summer. We still feel as though this event will be a hit enjoyed by many.

More to come.. Anyways, reach out if you're interested in Friday.

Join us for a relaxing afternoon of tea, sweet treats, and good company at Sconed.

Enjoy a selection of:
• Tea sandwiches
• Assorted mini scones served with local jam and fresh cream
• Mini sweet squares and éclairs
• French macarons from Belaire Bakehouse
• Your choice of three tea varieties

June 19 at 7:00 PM
June 20 at 5:00 PM

Yesterday was such a special day as we celebrated 1 year in our café space and 5 years of Sconed. 🩷

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who stopped by to celebrate with us, sent kind messages, shared our posts, ordered a scone, grabbed a coffee, or supported us in any way over the last five years. What started as a small dream has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined, and it's all because of this incredible community.

There have been early mornings, long days, challenges, and moments where I questioned myself, but your support has kept Sconed going and growing. Every visit, every recommendation, and every word of encouragement has meant more than you know.

A very special thank you goes to my husband Alex. Thank you for believing in me when I wasn't always sure of myself, for encouraging me to take chances, for being the best father to Beau, my biggest supporter, and for constantly pushing me to chase this dream. Oh and for making and testing THOUSANDS OF SCONES over the years. Sconed wouldn't be where it is today without you.

Five years later, I'm still amazed that I get to do what I love every day. Thank you for being part of this journey. Here's to the next 5 years. ❤️

Tonight was magical. My friend Andrew of invited family and friends into his new space in Pembroke to see and taste his new menu items.

To say I am PROUD to carry his products is an understatement. He is one of the most resilient, kind hearted, community oriented people I know. When he opens this new space and chapter of his life to the public, I just know y'all will be thrilled with what he has up his sleeves!

Hey Sconed Family,

Can you believe we've been at this location for a year already?

Come join us next Saturday, June 6th as we celebrate our 1st anniversary at the Cafe! Our 2nd anniversary with a storefront in Cobden and our 5th anniversary selling scones in the valley!

We don't want you to celebrate us, we want to celebrate you! Those of you that gave us a chance when we were new to the valley, those of you that had never had a scone before and those of you that we now consider friends in a town we never want to leave.

We wouldn't be here without you all! So on Saturday every customer will be a winner. You can draw a prize, that can be claimed that day or on your next time in. It could be 25% off your order, it could be a free coffee, scone, a latte, a box of scones, a bag of tea, maybe even a tea cup ;)
