It’s nearly Easter and we have a savoury treat for egg-lovers everywhere. The Kilted Chef Alain Bosse is on CTV’s Live at 5 for What’s for Dinner tonight making Nor’Easter Eggs Benedict. Yes, it’s a twist on a classic and Chef will be showing you how to perfect it (including some pro tips on oil pouring).



This recipe uses Comeau’s Sea Foods Ltd. fishcakes & J W***y Krauch Smoked Salmon. Both are available in local stores.
