We consider the life and the treatment of our animals as important as the taste and the quality, and do our best to source out farmers that are like-minded. At The Town Butcher, we’ve done our research to provide you with a full line of meats that are raised locally, naturally, and without the use of anti-biotics. This means that our beef, pork, chicken, lamb and turkey are all raised within 50 ki

lometres or closer to our shop, and are all cut on location.

~DELICATESSEN~

While the store-cooked items featured in our deli case are rotating and changing to incorporate new items, one thing that remains consistent is our commitment to fresh, high quality ingredients. Considerable thought is put into planning what is showcased at any given time. Using seasonal products we create a variety of foods that work well to complement or complete a full meal. For instance, at times we may carry BBQ-ready vegetables, mushroom caps and twice baked potatoes to grill with your steak dinner. Other times you may find Greek salad, baby roasted potatoes and tzatziki to pair with chicken souvlaki. Regardless of what is currently in the case, you can be assured that it is fresh and cooked on site, and that we have something to complement a host of dinner themes. All are items that are great on their own, but put them together and your dinner is ready before you’re even home from work.

Having a party? We may have what you need to create the final touches for the perfect party atmosphere. Or you’re the one heading out to the dinner, make sure to pop in and pick up a unique hostess gift for the couple who has everything. There are so many reasons to stop by and take a look at our dazzling dining accessories. Some gift baskets are assembled around the Christmas holiday season, though we are more than happy to work with you to create a custom basket any time of year. Gift certificates in any denomination are also available.

Father's Day is coming up this weekend! The Town Butcher will be loaded up with lots of grilling options, including a full line of AAA certified Angus grilling steaks, homemade burgers and slow roasted ribs. We also sold out of the A5 Japanese Wagyu this weekend, so we have another fresh order coming in for Friday. If you would like the A5 Japanese wagyu ribeyes, please call and book in advance. We have our homemade A5 Japanese Wagyu salt and pepper burgers for sale for the weekend. Those are a mix of A5 Japanese fat and steak trim, ground AAA top sirloin and ground AAA chuck roasts. We also have some Japanese A5 ribeye kebabs, four A5 ribeyes left and one A5 striploin left. They are going fast so come on by.

We have our local, sugar free, rind on bacon in house. This bacon is made with German beach wood for a unique smoke flavor and we use celery extract for a more natural nitrate. Come on down and we can cut some up, thick or thin, and done by weight or by the slice.
