Elevation Kombucha has a refreshing lineup of flavours worth trying. Made in Kimberley, BC, they use small-batch fermentation and natural ingredients to create their kombucha. This Leila flavour is a mix of raspberries, mint and lime, perfect for something a little different from your usual drink.

Meet the faces behind Rusticana.

Christine and Jason have called the Bow Valley home for the past 37 years. Along the way, they’ve built a few businesses, met plenty of people, and become part of the community they love.

When they took over Rusticana Market & Deli downtown, it looked a little different than it does today. What was once a place for fish tackle and magazines slowly became what Rusticana is known for now: fresh sandwiches, good food, and locally sourced products.

After a little convincing, partnering with Spring Creek felt like a natural next step. Together with the Spring Creek team, Christine and Jason opened Spring Creek Market, bringing their love of good food and local products to a new corner of the community.

Two stores, a lot of hard work, and 37 years of being part of the Bow Valley. We’re pretty lucky to have them here. ❤️
