A Canadian Chef born and raised in Jamaica, Malcolm was faced with the challenge of creating and identifying his style in the global context of cuisine. Drawing from his extensive knowledge and experience, he has created a style of food inspired by local ingredients integrated with international flavours for a cross-culture theme.

A combination of strong classical training and a very determined high standard of excellence, Malcolm consistently seeks the best produce and suppliers to enliven the senses of his clientele.

Malcolm has been a professional chef since 1991. The demand for his signature sweet potato hot sauce has driven him to launch MH Fine Foods and inspires him to bring more of his sweet potato products to market.
