I often call fermented vegetables “magic in a jar” (and have run workshops named as such 🤩) This jar, however, is “community in a jar”!! It is one of my favourite fermented veggies mixes - I call it “Coleslaw Kraut” Sweet, spicy, crunchy - apples, carrots and jalapeños in a honeyed brine flavoured with dill and celery seed!!
