We were truly looking forward to serving the Oak Lake community. Unfortunately, due to the low number of pre-orders, we are unable to justify the cost of making the trip for a full day pop up at this time.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we are very sorry. We always do our best to make these events happen, but we must ensure they are financially sustainable.

That said, we would love to find a way to get your orders to you. We have two possible alternatives:

If a member of the community is willing to pick up all Oak Lake orders and distribute them locally, we would be happy to organize and coordinate that.

If an individual or group would like to cover the delivery fee of $250, (for drop off only) we can still make the trip. This fee helps cover wages, labour, fuel, and safe temperature-controlled transportation.

*Distribution is the responsibility of the person or persons who collect all the pre orders.**

Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued encouragement. We genuinely appreciate every order and hope we can find a solution that works for everyone.
