I having been baking since I was a little girl. I used to make bread in high school when I was bored. From there I decided to take culinary courses because I didn't want to limit myself for work. I figured I would expand at some point into baking. I haven't been doing it ever long, but I quite enjoy what I do. I am very much a perfectionist and will stop at nothing to make your design everything y

ou have dreamed of. I generally do cookies and cakes. However if there is something you are looking for please inquire, as I can probably accommodate.
