I love the kind of workout that leaves you sweaty, energized, and thinking, "Yep. That got me."
That's where 45 Club came from. Every Thursday in June at 6:30am, we're setting aside 45 minutes to move with purpose.
We'll work through controlled intervals: 45 seconds of effort, 15 seconds to reset. Not frantic. Not chaotic. Just focused work.
Each class is built around three blocks:
Mobility.
Strength.
Core.
Five exercises. Three rounds. Enough repetition to build confidence. Enough intensity to leave feeling strong.
This isn't a traditional Pilates class.
We'll still move well.
We'll still focus on form.
But we'll sweat.
