When you go from making 40 pounds of sausage a week to 120 pounds, it’s time to upgrade the equipment!

We could barely keep up with the demand in our new store using our standard hand crank machine. To serve you better and keep the lovely flavours stocked up we made the investment in a hydraulic sausage pump! 💪

Thank you to customers new and old for the amazing support you’ve shown us over the last couple of weeks! Keeping us busy has been a joy! 🔪
