Job Overview:
The Creative Content Executive at Paramount Agro Limited (PAL) will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social media activities, and supporting all creative communication needs across multiple concerns of Paramount Group. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, platform understanding, and the ability to execute content plans across brands with diverse identities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for all PAL concerns, including O’Natural, Wake & Bake, RMC, O’Natural Sweets, Paramount Agro Limited, and Paramount Eco Nursery.
• Write scripts for OVCs, reels, and short-form video content.
• Generate taglines, slogans, campaign names, and brand names based on project requirements.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and devise creative campaign ideas for special initiatives (e.g., monthly campaigns, festival themes, promotional drives).
• Conduct continuous content research on Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to stay aligned with current trends.
• Publish static posts, OVCs, and reels across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and upload video content on YouTube.
• Visit outlets for video shoots, photoshoots, and live sessions when required.
• Provide creative direction for OVC shoots and photo sessions.
• Translate content or pages when required.
• Complete urgent or complex content tasks depending on brand priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (experience with Food & Beverage, FMCG, lifestyle, or multi-brand portfolios is an added advantage).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft creative, concise, and brand-aligned content.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting for short-form video content (OVCs, reels, etc.).
• Ability to generate creative ideas, campaign concepts, taglines, and storytelling angles.

একটি গ্রিন হাউজে যখন হাইড্রোপনিক পদ্ধতিতে ফল বা শাক সবজি চাষ করা হয়, তখন পানির সংস্পর্শ ছাড়াই প্রতিটি গাছে সরবরাহ করা হয় প্রয়োজনীয় সকল পুষ্টি। এই পুরো প্রক্রিয়াতে নিউট্রিয়েন্ট সলিউশনের ভূমিকা সবচেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

নিউট্রিয়েন্ট সলিউশন এমন একটি লিকুইড সাবস্টেন্স যেটিতে গাছের জন্য দরকারি সকল পুষ্টি উপাদান সঠিক অনুপাতে দেয়া থাকে, যাতে করে গাছ দ্রুততা ও সুস্বাস্থ্যের সাথে বেড়ে উঠতে পারে।

হাইড্রোপনিক ফার্মের নিউট্রিয়েন্ট সলিউশনে সাধারণত দুই ধরনের উপাদান থাকে-

ম্যাক্রোনিউট্রিয়েন্ট (Macro Nutrients):
ম্যাক্রো নিউট্রিয়েন্ট হচ্ছে সেই উপাদান যেগুলো গাছের বৃদ্ধির জন্য সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রয়োজনীয়। এর মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য উপাদান হলো-
নাইট্রোজেন (N): গাছের পাতা সবুজ, সতেজ ও স্বাস্থ্যকর রাখতে সাহায্য করে।
ফসফরাস (P): গাছের মূল ও ফুলের বৃদ্ধি ত্বরান্বিত করে।
পটাসিয়াম (K): ফুল ও ফলের মান বাড়ায় এবং বিবিধ রোগ থেকে গাছকে রাখে নিরাপদ।
ক্যালসিয়াম (Ca): ফার্মের গাছগুলোর কোষের গঠন ও দৃঢ়তায় সাহায্য করে। সেই সাথে এটি গাছের নতুন পাতা ও ফুলের বৃদ্ধিতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
ম্যাগনেসিয়াম (Mg): গাছের ক্লোরোফিল তৈরিতে, পাতা সবুজ রাখতে এবং ফটোসিন্থেসিসে সহায়তা করে।

মাইক্রোনিউট্রিয়েন্ট (Micro Nutrients):
সাধারণত গাছের বৃদ্ধিতে মাইক্রোনিউট্রিয়েন্ট খুব সামান্য পরিমাণে প্রয়োজন হয়, যেমন: লোহা (Fe), ম্যানগানিজ (Mn), জিঙ্ক (Zn), কপার (Cu), বোরা (B) ইত্যাদি। এই উপাদানগুলো সরাসরি ফসলের মান নিয়ন্ত্রণে ভূমিকা রাখেনা ঠিকই, কিন্তু গাছের স্বাস্থ্য ঠিক রাখতে কাজে আসে।

একটি বিষয় বলে রাখা ভালো। হাইড্রোপনিক ফার্মের গাছগুলোতে পুষ্টি যথাযথভাবে অ্যাবজর্ব করার জন্য নিউট্রিয়েন্ট সলিউশনের pH 5.5–6.5 বজায় রাখা জরুরি। কেননা এই পিএইচ লেভেল নিয়ন্ত্রণ না করলে গাছগুলো পুষ্টি শোষণ করতে পারে না, ফলে বৃদ্ধি কমে যায়।

পরিশেষে বলা যায়, সঠিকভাবে নিউট্রিয়েন্ট সলিউশন ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে হাইড্রোপনিক ফার্মে যেকোনো ফল বা সবজির গাছের দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি এবং অধিক ফলন দুটোই নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব।
