Covering central Sydney means about half our deliveries are to apartment and corporate buildings. We are appreciative of those who have entrusted us with door/gate codes, entry fobs and keys that allow the milkman to leave your fresh produce in a safe location. It’s one small part of the beauty of having the same milkman deliver silently to you each week.

Rain, hail or shine, we treat every delivery as if it’s a gift. So we were thrilled when someone asked us to deliver one to a friend as a present. Now you can too. The same medium-sized market basket is filled in one of two ways, with the option to include a breadboard made for us in North Sydney by The Men’s Shed from reclaimed 100-year-old hardwood timber. Or we’re happy to bespoke one, just ask.

Our Greek yoghurt has style but is not 'Greek Style'. It’s strained the way a Greek yaiyai does to remove the liquid whey. This concentrates the nutrients. Its thick, creamy texture has nearly double the protein and less sugar than those others who claim to have style. We love it with a drizzle of Honeybees or with soup. No, actually, it’s great any old time of the day.

Nic Dibden of Tilba Dairy loves his cows. For the past 25 years, he’s been committed to their care and sustainability as they graze freely and happily and, yes, he has a favourite. A product of tradition and innovation, we’re as thrilled today as we were when Tilba said yes to being the first producer we collaborated with. We appreciate the dairy’s hard work and believe their rich Jersey milk and cream looks its best in our glass bottles.
