A taste of Italy at home 🇮🇹✨

Picked up these beautiful pork and fennel sausages from Formichi Smallgoods at the Albury Wodonga Farmers Market and turned them into a simple Italian-style spaghetti at home.

The flavour was incredible - rich, savoury, full of fennel, and perfect with tomato, spaghetti and a little parmesan on top. It honestly tasted like something you’d enjoy in Italy, but made right here with local produce.

So good, so easy, and definitely worth grabbing next market day.

We are open this Saturday, on ANZAC Day 25th April 2026.

All stallholder fees for Saturday, together with the gate takings will be donated to the Wodonga RSL to support Australian veterans and their families.

We will also observe a minutes silence at 11.00am followed by the Last Post.

After the Dawn Service, why not join us? We're open from 8am with fresh produce, breakfast and coffee until 12noon.
