Dear friends, customers and supporters.
Last season was our biggest (and most challenging) yet. With 33 lactating goats we produced our record amount of cheese (>3 tonnes). For the first time, over half of our cheese went to Melbourne and Sydney. Our Mokoan Night also won gold at the Sydney Royal, thanks to Victoire's efforts.
We're in Lebanon, the beautiful land of my ancestors. Too many wonderful scenes and wonders to share. I tell you what... it's so good to have a break from the action! Honestly, we were pretty knackered by the end of the season. We were within a hair's breadth of calling it quits. As it happens, we're going to go another round, hopefully with the help of an employee(s).
Thank you heaps to our dear customers for their consistent support. It means that our local, tasty, chemical-free, animal-friendly, environmentally-friendly cheese will continue to be available for a bit longer! Wishing you all a good Winter and looking forwards to seeing you in September.
