Ever wondered what happens to your order before it arrives at your door? 📦❤️
It’s more than just putting food in a box.
Every order is assigned to one of our packers — a real person who carefully works through your order, choosing each piece and giving everything a thorough quality check.
If we wouldn’t be happy to receive it, we don’t send it out. ❤️
🍎 Delicate produce is wrapped and protected.
❄️ Orders are packed and stored in our cold room to help keep everything chilled and fresh.
📦 Boxes are packed with the bumps, turns and movement of the truck in mind.
🚚 Orders are loaded in reverse delivery order to minimise unnecessary movement and help keep your box safe on the journey.
And it starts even before we pack your order.
We bring in smaller amounts of produce more frequently, rather than holding lots of stock. It’s a lower-waste system that helps us supply you with the freshest produce possible.
Because we genuinely care about what goes into your box.
We care about the quality.
We care about the farmer.
We care about the journey.
And we care about you opening that box and being happy with what’s inside. 🥰
We want to create a service people love coming back to — and with 90.8% of our customers returning, we’re pretty proud of that. ❤️
Fresh. Real. Food.
Packed with care.
Keep your farmers close. 🌱
