Good evening all!
It has been far too long, no beef. For that our whole team apologises. As a consolation, please enjoy a short clip of the paddocks and the beasts.
Basically, we have a 16 hour window in which to decide about whether or not to get another fine Wattamollan Angus Steer processed.
Final pricing and packs will be worked out closer to the date, but for now the offer stands at an average price of $15/kg for a mixed pack of free-range, ethically managaed beef, grass fed on the lush (and predominately native) pastures of Wattamolla. There will be some higher prices for premium cuts and lower prices for snags and mince.
We are looking at around 180 kg of delicious beef, arriving in Sydney in roughly 2 - 3 weeks. In order to proceed, we need any interested purchasers to comment or message with the quantity that they would be interested in.
If we can get 90kg accounted for ASAP we should be able to go for it! (Please bear in mind that this may be the final opportunity until early next year - so empty out those freezers!)
