So apparently Georgia Savage lives under a rock 😂 but it’s nice to know she wrote a book that every woman should read before blaming their hormones..

We love seeing one of Newy’s own, Georgia Savage, independently publish her first book, Before Hormones.

We’re not entirely sure how she managed to write a bloody book with 3 kids while also running Hormone Health Studio , but somehow she did and presale is officially live!

It takes a lot of courage and belief to back yourself and independently publish your own book.. and as you know, we’re big on supporting small local businesses and people in our community doing great things.

So check out Georgia’s work and, if it resonates with you, grab yourself a copy and support one of our local legends doing something pretty fu***ng cool 👏

Milestone unlocked 🔑

Giving back over $10,000 to our community as a small business is pretty fu***ng cool!

In a world where billion-dollar corporates make you pay for a fu***ng bag at checkout while you serve yourself at their machines, us little fellas are out here giving back to the people who support us because we genuinely value you guys.

We’re all about community and supporting one another. If you support us, we want to support you too.

Getting $5 back might not sound like much on its own, but when you add it all up and realise a little independent health store like ours has now given back more than $10,000, that feels pretty bloody significant to us.

Obviously we don’t have to do it. And trust me, $10k would be pretty handy sitting in our account right now 😂.. but we choose to because we genuinely appreciate every person who shops with us.

If you support Nourish, you’re part of the tribe. And the tribe looks after one another.

Want some papaya? 🍋‍🟩

We’ve got a heap thanks to one of our customers, Britt, who dropped off a box of absolute rompers today!

She messaged us out of the blue asking if we’d be interested in having them because she remembered us giving away free oranges a little while ago. Of course we said absolutely! The community would love them..

Then bang… 20 minutes later she’s at the shop dropping off a whole box full 😂

Shout out to Britt for dropping them off and Britt’s friend who grew them! We already gave a few away this afternoon, so we might be able to take a few more off your hands 😆

Britt also gave me an idea..

If anyone else grows their own fruit, veggies or produce and ever ends up with more than you can use, instead of letting it go to waste, bring it into the shop and we’ll give it away to our community.

Proper old school community vibes 🤝
