Being creative today making Boerewors , beef sausages ,pork sausages, cheese and vegemite , spicy BBQ ,Thyme and garlic, We also did a lot of stir fry's and diced steak and marinated steaks to best use the body of beef and pork as they where not the best quality , but the owners got plenty of variety to choose from.
You just need to have a little imagination.
