Neil Hosking has commercially fished these waters for over 35 years and he is licensed to fish from the border of Western Australia to New South Wales. Neil

also sources fresh local product from his extensive contacts in the commercial sector and local suppliers. Victorfish is offering seafood from South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. The seafood is vacuum packed fresh, and then snap frozen.

Hi all, just a note, Victorfish is registered under the SA Tourism SA Seafood Cashback program.

Those who have been successful in winning a place in the ballot can purchase seafood products from Victorfish and receive a tax invoice which is valid for claiming back 50% of their purchase up to a limit of $100 ($50 cashback).

This offer is valid until the end of March

Hi all, we have just in Orange Roughy (Deep sea perch) caught over the Continental Shelf. A white moist flesh fish with mild taste. Will be available at Victor Harbor Farmers Market tomorrow!

After 17 years of selling fish at the Victor Harbor Farmers Market, Neil and Debbie Hosking are hanging up the boots and heading into retirement.

Thank you for your years of service to the community providing delicious local seafood to the Victor and surrounding community, particularly your service to the Farmers Market including 8 years of Neil being on the committee and 3 years as chair.

VictorFish will continue to be operated by the Swincer family who run the neighbouring stall Bimbadeen Hills Beef. Neil still plans to be involved with the business in a limited way, and you never know, there might be even the odd appearance for old times sake.
