🍯🐝 A Little Note About Our Prices 🐝🍯

We often get asked about our prices, especially with the cost of everything seeming to rise every few months.

The truth is, our honey prices have remained remarkably stable for a very long time. In fact, many of our prices haven't changed in around 15 years.

Over that time we've seen increases in fuel, packaging, equipment, feed, insurance, permits, freight, and now the added challenges of varroa mite management. The cost of beekeeping today is very different to what it was even a few years ago.

Yet we've always tried to keep our products affordable and accessible for local families.

Will our prices stay the same forever?

Honestly, we don't know.

The reality is that costs continue to rise, and at some point we may need to adjust our prices to keep doing what we do. But for now, our prices remain where they've always been.

So if you've been thinking about stocking up on honey, beeswax products, miniature honey frames, or gifts, now is a pretty good time to do it. 🍯

More importantly, thank you.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. Every purchase helps us care for our bees, maintain our hives, and continue producing local honey right here on the Fraser Coast. Pictured isnt all the prices of course but the main ones :)

For now, our prices are staying exactly where they've always been, and we're grateful for every customer who helps make that possible. ❀️🐝🍯

🐝🍯 Support Your Local Beekeeper 🍯🐝

No matter where you live, now is a great time to support your local beekeepers.

Across Australia, beekeepers are facing increasing challenges. Varroa mites, rising costs, changing seasons, extreme weather, biosecurity requirements, and the day-to-day work of caring for healthy bees all add pressure to an industry that is already built on passion more than profit.

When you buy honey directly from a local beekeeper, you're doing more than purchasing a jar of honey.

🐝 You're supporting local families and small businesses.
🌼 You're helping maintain pollination for gardens, farms, and native plants.
🍯 You're getting honey that is often harvested, bottled, and delivered by the same people who cared for the bees.
❀️ You're helping ensure local beekeeping remains viable for future generations.

Every jar purchased helps keep hives healthy, equipment maintained, and beekeepers doing what they love.

So next time you're looking for honey, consider buying local. Whether it's from us or another beekeeper in your area, your support makes a real difference.

From all the beekeepers out there, thank you for supporting local bees, local honey, and local people. 🐝🍯❀️

My word what a week. We’ve just put our feet up for the first time this week.

Our non-GM feed mix got delivered early and we weren’t ready so that got the day started. It’s a fun job being covered in grain dust.

We had an Apex fundraising BBQ for Maryborough Small Schools Athletics Carnival which was super busy.

Then straight back to the farm to collect, move caravans, grade eggs and pack the market car full of our fresh pasture raised eggs. If you are lucky you might even get eggs that were laid today.

What we would give for a quiet week. Haha.

Birth and Baby Community Cupboards has a new home πŸ’œ a huge thank you to Guardian Storage - they have donated a free storage unit to us πŸ₯Ή

Somewhere between the mountains of baby clothes, prams and mystery bags full of stuff i’d officially run out of room.

Megan - thanks to your generosity, we now have a safe place to store donations and continue supporting local families. We are so grateful to have businesses like you.
Thank you for believing in me and helping make a difference ✨
