Snowy Mountains Smoked Trout is back on the menu!!!
After an unusually warm start to the season earlier this year and a huge stock loss, they are back up and running. It's fair to say we have missed these and we are happy to be supporting them again.
In addition to our regular seafood, we also have some excellent smoked and cured small goods that compliment many seafood dishes.
Hot paprika salami for an easy Paella?
Mushroom Salami to add umami to many dishes, including pastas,
Mild salami for your afternoon characterise platter alongside some beautiful smoked trout and Portugese sardines or SA kingfish pate!!

We will have both whole fish and fillets available from 10am tomorrow, get in quick before it’s gone 😊

🐟 Locked and loaded! Deliveries are in are we are super excited to have fresh tuna, swordfish, cooked crabs and smoked trout back in store!

We also have salt and pepper squid ready to go and dozens of Sydney Rock Oysters again…
