The plan is set, this will be the site's layout for Rub my Rack Aus very first BBQ comp.

The set-up will be low key, low budjet and low noise.

But the hopes will be high, the spirit will be high and the smoke will fill the marquee with that I'm hungry atmosphere.

Thank you Summer Bomba, Henry Cox and of course my beautiful wife Melissa Jayde Hodgetts for jumping into the team to help make this a reality!

This wasn’t just pulled pork with a glaze slapped on at the end... this whole cook was built Apple Pie Candy style from the ground up 🍎

Hours in the smoke letting that sweet apple, brown sugar and spice work its way deep into every strand of pork until it turned into sticky, smoky, candy-like madness.

The bark was screaming, the pull was buttery, and the smell alone could’ve started a stampede through the backyard. 🐷🥃
