The Chilli Crew The Chilli Crew is a small artisan producer of fermented hot sauces. Each bottle is lovingly hand crafted and made with fresh locally sourced ingredients.

We ferment in small batches and are dedicated to producing fresh and flavoursome hot chilli sauces. We make the following sauces:
Smoked Pepper hot sauce – beautiful cold smoked chilli hot sauce
Original chilli – spicy hot sauce with lemon, turmeric and ginger
Jalapeno and lime – mild and tangy hot sauce with a generous splash of lime
Habanero and mango– a hot one for the chilli heads
