In March 2026, our Pecorino Red Chilli was awarded the Bronze Medal at the World Championship Cheese Contest 2026 in the Pepper Flavoured Cheese - Medium Heat category.
Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, the 36th edition of the competition took place in Madison from March 3-5, 2026, bringing together dairy producers from around the world. Widely recognised as one of the most prestigious technical competitions for cheese and dairy products, the contest evaluates entries through a rigorous judging process focused on flavour, texture, appearance, and overall quality.
Our Pecorino Red Chilli impressed the judges with its distinctive flavour profile and exceptional quality, earning international recognition among some of the world’s finest cheeses.
Winning the Bronze Medal marks an important milestone for our company and reflects our dedication to craftsmanship, expertise, and producing premium-quality cheeses with passion and authenticity.
