Join us for a cosy winter brunch at the Barn — a relaxed morning by the fire with our breakfast buffet inspired by Swiss traditions and seasonal produce.

Fresh breads, bircher muesli, yoghurt and fruit, savoury bakes, sweet treats, cheese and meats, all served buffet-style to enjoy at your own pace.

Settle in, warm up by the fire, and take in the peaceful surroundings of the Barn.

We’re excited to now offer our fresh, seasonal produce and homemade goods to the Timboon community.

Here’s how it works:

Order online through our website Drakes Fresh Produce, look for the Timboon section.

Orders close Wednesday night at 9pm
Pick-up is Saturday in Timboon from 2-4pm (address provided whilst ordering)

All produce is grown and prepared with care — straight from our patch to your plate.

This is our first week offering this service, so we appreciate your support as we get things up and running.

Join us for our fermenting workshop where you’ll learn the foundations of creating your own milk kefir, kombucha, and sauerkraut at home.

Together we’ll explore simple, traditional techniques that support gut health and reduce waste, while building confidence to ferment with what you have on hand.

Enjoy a range of tastings along the way and leave inspired to start your own fermenting journey.

Includes course notes and either a kombucha SCOBY or kefir grains to take home.
