One of our favourite moments at the markets is watching people discover new flavours for the very first time.

This weekend, a lovely Colombian couple tried our Cazón Empanada, a traditional Venezuelan delicacy that has been enjoyed for generations.

Their reaction says it all 😉

Crispy, golden, and packed with authentic flavour, it's one of those empanadas that surprises people in the best possible way.
