Normandie part 1: what an incredible tour. 4 days on a motorbike in Normandie with a home base at Honfleur was just the little, side-adventure I needed! The smells, rolling landscape and warm hospitality reminded me of where I grew up in upstate New York. The gastronomy did not disappoint! I tasted everything I could have possibly encountered in my short visit 🤩 Calvados, pommeau, cidre, galettes, crêpes, fruits de mer, cheeses of all sorts, boudin noir, terrgeulle, tarts, andouille … and a special thanks for the gentlemen at Lingot in Honfleur 🙏🏽

We can safely say we are made of this stuff! And can vouch for the vitality it brings us.
