This week's selections include Iceberg lettuce, Cos lettuce, mandarin, herbs, pineapple, radicchio, button mushrooms and Telegraph cucumbers. Speak to your account manager regarding these specials.

VEGETABLES:
The cooler weather continues to provide excellent quality across many vegetable lines, with Iceberg Lettuce, Cos Lettuce, Telegraph Cucumbers, Radicchio, Button Mushrooms and most herbs offering strong availability and value.
A few lines remain under pressure, including Lebanese Cucumbers, Snow Peas, Spring Onions and Mixed Cauliflower due to ongoing supply challenges and seasonal fluctuations. Basil also remains limited compared to other herb varieties. Customers may notice some price movement on these lines over the coming week.

FRUIT:
Mandarins continue to improve week by week and are eating exceptionally well, while Pineapples are showing better availability and quality. Imported Yellow Peaches and Yellow Nectarines from the USA are now available and make an excellent seasonal feature.
Watermelon, Honeydew, Rockmelon and Strawberries remain the most challenging fruit lines in the market, with cooler weather impacting quality, supply and pricing. We expect these categories to remain firm in the short term

Vegetables:
This week we’re seeing some great movement across herbs (excluding basil) and baby vegetables, with plenty of beautiful feature lines available including Dutch carrots, baby beetroot, watermelon radish, iceberg, cauliflower, celery and cos lettuce. A few lines remain under pressure, including Lebanese cucumbers, red coral, snow peas, yellow zucchini, basil and coloured cauliflower.

Fruit:
On the fruit side, lemons, mandarins, Pink Lady apples and ruby grapefruit are showing improvement, with lemons, imported lychees and yuzu fruit featuring nicely this week. Blueberries, honeydew, strawberries, rockmelon, pears and Granny Smith apples are still feeling pressure, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

This week's selections include pears, cauliflower, Granny Smith apples, broccoli, celery, eggplant, iceberg and cos lettuce. Speak to your account manager regarding these specials.

Vegetable supply continues to improve across many staple lines, with broccoli, broccolini, cauliflower, celery, iceberg and cos lettuce all showing better availability and quality this week. Eggplant is also eating well and remains a great value option in the market currently. We are also excited to feature Black Radish from Wednesday, a unique seasonal line that works beautifully across premium menus and winter dishes. Some lines do remain under pressure however, particularly large Desiree potatoes, mushrooms, Lebanese cucumbers, red coral lettuce, snow peas and yellow zucchini, with cooler growing conditions continuing to slow production and impact yields.

Fruit quality remains strong across the apple and citrus categories, with Granny Smith, Pink Lady and Fuji apples all performing well alongside pears, ruby grapefruit and vibrant Cara Cara oranges. Cumquats are also a standout feature line this week as citrus season continues to build momentum. Berry and melon categories remain challenging, with strawberries, blueberries and honeydews still under pressure. The NT honeydew season is currently running around four weeks behind, while strawberries are transitioning out of the Victorian season. Queensland production has commenced, however ongoing rain and cold weather are slowing growth and affecting supply volumes across both strawberries and blueberries.
