Life is so much better with you my dear friend Marguerite, thank you for the amazing spread making sure we are both fed well for the day.

I love our time of outpouring on one’s life’s ups and downs, way cheaper than seeking out a psychologist 🤣

Ps the Hart & Soul chicken and mushroom soup was just the hug in a mug that we needed on a windy freezing winter day 🫂

Would you take a pause and enjoy your breakfast with me? As life caught up with me, I found myself eating crap on the dash…not great for my body nor my soul.

So have made myself a mug of The Stock Merchant bone broth coupled with scrambled eggs and smashed avocado, homegrown rocket plus pickled daikon, carrot and radish for crunch. Easy yet filling and delicious, I shall call this my “Pampering Brekkie” from now on!

I might not fly after eating this but certainly feel heaps better in myself, and ready to tackle the day of divvy. It’s a cold rainy day ahead, wrap up and stay dry guys!

Milestone birthday for a big hearted person needs to be celebrated for a whole month! 🎂

Great selection of drinks from our pantry with everyone commenting how tasty the Summer Snow Juice pink lady and raspberry sparkling juice was! Definitely trying out the rest of the range, esp when none of them are from concentrate.

🍐 Papple: a pear with identity crisis?

The Papple is essentially an Asian pear that simply looks and crunches like an apple. It tastes like a pear but crunches like an apple. A fruit with an identity crisis??

I wonder how close an apple crunch it is to a Nashi?

These are sold at $2.88/kg hence $0.49 ea.

🍎 Be Dazzled by apple

The Dazzle apple is a premium variety known for its bright red, glossy skin and crisp, juicy, sweet white flesh. Developed in New Zealand after 20 years of research, it is highly sought after for its refreshing, "watermelon-like" crunch and high natural sugar content.

Hmm…I am wondering how close is the crispness to a cosmic crisp? Popping a couple in basket to find out!

🍌 Ladyfinger bananas

Ladyfinger bananas are smaller and sweeter than regular Cavendish – but to make sure you get the full flavour, they have to be absolutely ripe. To the point of spotting.

The normally sell for $8-9 a kilo, but there is a bit of supply coming into the market, so prices have dropped to $6.63/kg or $1.33 ea.
